About Windrose Conference & Meeting Center

Located just 25 miles from Portland or Salem in the heart of Oregon wine country, Windrose has gorgeous
meeting facilities for your corporate retreat, meeting, seminar, training, company or family event, wine tasting,
holiday party, dinner, wine and hors d’oeuvre reception, anniversary, or wedding.

Outside boasts a large brick courtyard surrounded by flowers that can seat 70 people and is perfect for outside
meetings, weddings, receptions, wine and hors d’oeuvre functions, or to just take a break or have lunch. The smaller courtyard is perfect for smaller groups and has a 3-tiered water fountain and a bar. The back lawn area overlooks the canyon and creek and has an arbor for wedding ceremonies and a small brick patio that is WiFi accessible. Inside has the feel of an old English library, with 2 fireplaces, kitchenette, reception area, and meeting space for up to 50 people. We have an exclusive use policy, which means we cater to only one group at a time and you have use of the entire facility and grounds, including the loop trail to the creek.

Windrose is available for reservations any day or evening of the week and bookings are confirmed with a deposit
and signed agreement. Ample free parking is available in the lot adjacent to Windrose.
