About The Salem Conference Center

LEED Certified and EarthWISE Certified, the Salem Conference Center continues it’s efforts to be sustainable by adding a solar power generation system. The newly installed SANYO HIT Power® 220A solar panel 99-kilowatt system is expected to generate about 11% of the building’s total energy usage on an annual basis. Meeting planners holding events at SCC can feel good that a portion of the electricity used to conduct their meetings will be directly generated by the sun!
