Flight Deck Restaurant & Lounge is a chef-owned and operated restaurant, catering & banquet company.  We cater all events, small or large, corporate or private.  Our clients receive individual attention to the details of their event including customization of a menu to suit personal preferences or dietary restrictions.  Chef Barry Bowers C.E.C. will create a menu for you that include dishes that are made in-house and lovingly prepared with fresh local ingredients, home-made sauces and attention to flavor. 

Our two banquet facilities offer comfortable surroundings with excellent views of the Salem Airport.  We are happy to assist or take charge of other aspects of your event such as decorating, ordering linens, tables, chairs, tents or music.
