We host conferences, meetings, corporate trainings, educational seminars, trade shows, weddings, parties, reunions, graduations and more with personal attention to detail for every aspect of your event.

We provide catering from our own kitchen, created from fresh Northwest ingredients, with options to fit every budget. From breakfast to lunch, hors d’oeuvres to dinner, you and your guests will find a delicious variety of dining possibilities for any type of occasion.

Our single level building has a 5,600 sq. ft. ballroom with banquet seating capacity for 400, a hardwood dance floor, programmable colored lighting and state of the art audio-visual equipment. Our Marquam and Sellwood rooms offer seating for mid-sized groups of 60-200, and our 8 additional rooms are perfect for meetings, classes, retreats or breakout rooms for smaller groups. As your full-service partner, we provide tables and chairs, linens and tableware, audio-visual equipment and support, staging, lighting, free WiFi and on-site catering. Situated just off I-5 in the Lloyd District, the Ambridge Event Center is centrally located, easily accessible by MAX, bus and Streetcar, and offers convenient parking.

Regular weekday rentals from $200-$1,200. Room rental discounts for minimum catering orders. Nonprofit discounts.

Capacity
Ballroom: up to 400 for banquet, 600 theatre-style, 750 standing reception

Marquam Room: up to 200 for banquet, 250 theatre-style, 350 standing reception

Sellwood Room: up to 120 for banquet, 180 theatre-style, 250 standing reception

Morrison and St. John’s Rooms: up to 56 for banquet, 80 theater-style Plus 5 additional classroom-size rooms
