Andina Restaurant will participate in the Momokawa Supper Club dinner series with SakéOne on March 19 at 7 pm, held in Andina’s upstairs event space, Tupai. The series challenges chefs to create a multi-course meal to be paired with specialty sakés. The catch is that the dishes they create must avoid stereotypical Japanese and Asian fare.
